Character Builder

I know I saw a link posted somewhere for an online profession combination builder. It let you input the skill levels you wanted and would adjust the variabls for each skill/spell. Does anyone know where this site is? I have been looking for 2 weeks and I cannot find it again.

Thanks for the fast response, I've found that one before and its not the one, it was a java applet running on a site somewhere. It was really sweet, in the upper left you had your skill lines which you could raise and lower and on the right it listed every skill/spell that was available to your professions and along the bottom if you clicked on a skill/spell it listed the description along with accurate (i think) numbers that reflected the level of the focus for that skill/spell.

Oh man thanks, thats a good one but thats not the one I saw before. The interface for the one I am looking for was similar and laid out a bit nicer. The skills were color coded with a legend denoting which skill went with which focus.
