Sword Price Check Plz! 15% all the time

Hi, I would like a price check on this sword please;

Sundering Falchion of Warding
15-22 (req. 10)
Damage +15% always
health regen-1
armor penetration 10%(8%chance)
armor +6 vs elemental attacks

Any help would be appreciated, thx.

maybe 20k the skin isnt very popular, and most ppl buy req 7,8 and sometimes 9s

not too much, req is too high and the armor and sundering mods suck, and gladius's arent in high demand among warriors. if it was a crystalline or fl=amberge itd b worth more

and btw just cause i feel like it.. (A) why u burn down this pc while u ask a pc for a clean req7 sword... ?

Hmm a crystalline or a flamberge...a flamberge is no where near a Crystalline...its not even close to the value a long sword in my opinion lol. Anyways I think you might be able to get 50k out of that sword.

ok then, new question, if i put a 3/1 vampric hilt on it, would the health degen stack? Thanx for all your replies

Yes, the health degeneration would stack, for a total of -2.
