Something I've been pondering: Would this work for R/N's?

Ok, let's say there are 3 R/N's up against 3 opponents (let's use Warriors for this example) who are standing next to one-another and are not able to move. The R/N's will cast Mark of Pain on each one of the Wars, then one R/N will use barrage, thus hitting all 3 Wars. Would MOP create a chain reaction hitting one War and affecting the Wars around him/her?

Yes, this is a pretty risky build as it can easily be taken down, but I want to know if MOP can be used this way. If so I'll get cracking on a suitable build

Deep Freeze + Ice Spikes or Icy Prison.

As to the OPs question, I think you mean does MoP on seperate targets cause damage to the others? It's kind of weird... I'll try to explain as best I can.

If the three warriors all had MoP on them, and there was three barrages shot off, and they were all hudddled up close together.. then you'd activate MoP 9 times. Good luck clumping them up together, though.

Surely you could just stand around them in a circle. Its very doable but requires a level of coordination.

mop damage does not activate mop.
It's shadow damage, not physical.

yes, but he's not intending that it would as that would become an infinite dmg loop. What he's saying is that each of the opponents has mark of pain on them and then you hit them all with barrage. Arrow 1 hits target 1 and triggers mop on 2 and 3. Arrow 2 hits target 2 and triggers mop on 1 and 3 and finally arrow 3 hits target 3 and triggers mop on 1 and 2.
