I slapped this together hastily last night to play some GvG. I was wondering if any of you would like to chime in and make some suggestions about how to make this build more tidy and efficient.

Me/*
Fast Casting 11
Domination 15
Inspiration 11
1. Blackout
2. Arcane Thievery
3. Diversion
4. Power Drain
5. Echo {E}
6. Backfire
7. Drain Enchantment
8. Signet of Humility

I usually opened with Sig of Humility and Arcane Thievery on a monk, then I echo'ed diversion, giving me a semi-spammable diversion. Backfire on a 2nd caster (monk or otherwise, depends on what the other team has), a diversion for him too, then I usually need some energy, so I either power drain the first 1-2 second spell I see, drain an enchantment, or just go blackout someone and run around for 5 seconds.

I don't know what I would change... a hard res would be nice to fit in, but all the skills on that bar are so hard to give up...

not a bad build.
my personal shutdown build is for an r/me (only tested with pvp chars, currently in the works of altering my pve ranger accordingly);
oath shot
distracting shot
distracting lunge
charm animal
tigers fury
choking gas
pin down/serpants quickness (whichever you prefer)
unguent

the key to this build is to meet the 9 or 13 point expertise breaks, with high wilderness survival&marksmanship.
my points are currently;
13 mark (superior rune)
12 wilderness (minor rune, important to keep cholking up high)
9 expertise (minor rune)
9 beast mastery (minor rune, so the duration for tigers and cholking overlap)
basically w/ distracting shot, distracting lunge and oath shot, you can knock out 4 of the targets 8 skills, for 20 secconds, and with cholking gas+tigers fury, any skills you failed to disrupt/couldnt disrupt (since you can only get 4 at a time) are effectively taken out of commission. 1 ranger like this, paired with a warrior who follows target calls, can take down that pesky monk who does nothing but run around like a buffoon, using reversal of fortune and blessed signet on his allies; or you can rain hell on thier n/me degen nuker as he casts his deadly, but painfully time-consumingly long hexes.
