well I saw one offered yesterday in LA perfect sundering mod and health mod, +15% dmg with a current offer of 800k and buyout at 1000k. So I guess they are out there.
A bid of 10million also sounds a bit suspicious to me, unless this was one of the guys buying a load of ecto after the price reset, I mean 1 million gc + 900 ecto? And you say this bid failed, someone offered more than 10million? The seller didnt think its was enough?
Anyway, ppl are right it is going to be rough to get such a sword, goodluck.

Purple weapons do in fact max out at 12% (some gold weapons are 12% as well [and no not gold because of mods, I've gotten clean gold 12% weapons before 
]).
If you really did see a 14 above purple weapon, I would really like to see the thread, as it is a guarenteed photochop.
