PC on Gold Sephis Axe

hi, was just wondering if this was worth anything

found it like this, and i dont have any mods to put on

It's a nice axe. The dmg bonus is not max but is still very good, the axe master is perfect and the deep wound is not great but could be replaced easily.

Difficult to price really, but I wouldn't let it go for less than 15k - but it could be worth a lot more, especially to the right person.

bought and added a 10/9% sundering mod, so how much would that change the value?

i think 75k or so, my req8 +14^50 with eprf mods has been checked on 400-500k.
