Three preparations and barrage. You can only have one prep up at a time and barrage gets rid of that one preparation anyway.

maybe ranger isnt your thing man

Obviously mending is a better skill than Gladiator's Defense in pvp. And take I Will Avenge You! and frenzy and flurry for awesome attack speed!

Tch, all of those deserve the elite.
Glads defence has good recharge and is very useful in pve.
Healing hands, when NOT used on a wammo, is actually a good skill to fend off mobs.
Word of healing is, well, uber heal. Although it runs into similar overhealing problems as heal other, it's only 5e anyhow.

healing hands is actually a really nice elite for a heal monk. its one of the few quick casting monk skills, so if your up against a spike it can save you.
