PC on gold zealous fellblade of defense

Just need a quick price check on this, as I am not so sure how to price it.

The damage vs hexed isn't very good I believe, but people seem to do mad crazy go nuts things for gold fellblades.

+14% damage vs hexed
Energy Gain on hit :1
-1 Energy regeneration.
+5 armor.
