first of all is Mesmer a good second class to be with a necromancer? If not why and what isa good class to be with a necro? Also what types of Wepons would a necro use and would i be able to use mesmer wepons with my necro? and the last of my uestions, does anyone have any good build for Necro/Mesmer???

First of all....All proffession combos have a good and a bad side to them....
It all comes down to how u play your character and what you want to do with it....
Now im no expert but if i see a Nec/Mes i think about a big time hex spammer.... The bad side to it is that i dont think it can handle aggro very well *very easy to kill in a fight.....*
But can be really powerfull If it fits your playstyle....
If you want more direct damage....try a /wa or a /elem

try this combo with your NE/Me in the competition arenas..lots of fun
1) Fragility - Hex Spell
For 8-18 seconds, target foe takes 5-17 damage each time that foe suffers or recovers from a new "Condition"
2) Phantom Pain - Hex Spell
For 10 seconds, target foe suffers health degeneration of 1-3. When Phantom Pain ends, that foe suffers a Deep Wound, lowering that foe's maximum health by 20% for 5-17 seconds
3) Shatter Delusions - Spell
Remove one Mesmer "Hex" from target foe, that foe takes 15-63 damage
4) Virulence {Elite} - Spell
If target foe was already suffering from a condition, that foe suffers from Disease, Poison, and Weakness for 3-13 seconds.
Would be better with a Me/N but still fun

probably better with a maxed Death Magic Virulence and Epidemic, since you'll be lacking mesmer runes.
