I've found this axe and I wonder if I should try to get some gold out of it.

cruel cleaver of fortitude
- max dmg
- +14% while enchanted
- max fortitude 30hp
- increase duration of deep wound

Best bet is to salvage the +30 Health off of the axe..
That's your best bet.
