Actually most rangers set their marks at 8-10 so they can have more in expertise and wilderness survival, still leaving some points to throw into one other attribute.

I'll offer 20k for it, though.

i put my marksman at 16 to do dam +1 marks man 20%, but i only buy bows that are 8 req due to the fact that is makes them look nicer and are worth more to me, personally

You set the b/o at 50k. B/o means 'buy-out', meaning if someone bids 50k for it they get it!!! you can't just keep going for the highest bid...gotta stay true to your word...
