PC on divine ghostly staff

There was a air staff with 10% recharge sold for 4ecto so with this skin and the req I wouldnt sell for less then 5ecto but not sure how high it can go.

I sold a similar req-8 blood, skill recharge 10% ghostly staff for 50k.
