Well an LBSRA graduate can do it for 60k per party. You can either pay the 60k yourself or get some other people to reduce the price. I think that the missions ice caves of sorrow and iron mines of molandune are completed. And your armor is infused.

No i havent completed those missions and my armor isnt infused.
