I have seen only one other like mines.

Crippling Cleaver of Fortitude
Max damage 6-28 Req.7
Lengthens crippling duration on foes
+15% damage when health over 50%
+27 health

Sorry I had Firey listed but that was a mistake and have corrected it.

I enlarged the box with photo shop so people can see better.

um, i think you should look at the axe again, cause it cant have fire damage and a crippling mod

and probably around 100k, even more if you put on the right mods

damn i would be too, only req 7 max dmg axes i've seen are ugly ass pick axes
