Expertise-based bows make it in?

Rumor had it that there would be Expertise-based bows in the game....I'm not running into them. Anyone seen one?

i can see marksmanship but Expertise

I've seen plenty of marksmanship based bows. Now, since I'm not a ranger, I haven't been keeping my eye open for Expertise based ones, so there might be some.

I'm a 14th R/W and have never seen an expertise-based bow. Plenty of Marksmanship, but no Expertise.

Ithas bow has an expertise req., doesn't that make it expertise-based?

Of course there are Marksmanship bows....they're all Marksmanship. The debate was that rangers are forced to max Expertise AND Marksmanship to be viable but that bows based on other attributes would give the class some diversity. It appears as though ANet sided with the one-dimensional crowd.

Yep, sounds like it. I got the Bone Idol figuring I would love the Necro, but I haven't hardly touched my other 3 characters. I'm having way too much fun with my little R/W chick. (I made her as short as possible)

It's hilarious to see her just blow things away with her bow (does 14-25 earth damage) and then when the mobs try to, well, mob me, I bust out sword (14-20 damage) and shield and sever artery/gash on them.

Once I gave her a huge hammer just to try out hammer skills. While it was amusing, I must say I prefer the speed of the sword.

It was Expertise based for the first few days but was changed to Marksmanship. I just noticed this when I was trying to figure out why my 12 in expertise wasn't doing much damage.
