curses and inspiration... who ever runs that? sell to mercant or try to salvage the staff head or wrapping is my 50c. if u run curses and inspa, then u gonna max the curses and look for curses bonuses, inspa will be to feed u mana, esp if u go high cost curses like spites and iparasite. or like i use curses/blood in fow with inspa hex (and only like 2 points in inspiration- unused points left over from the other attributes) to steal life transfer and spites. really, it's not worth anything.

I would buy a diffrent wrapping and put it on, its not bad besides the +1 inspiration...not really sure on the value since its not a 10/10 but I would expect atleast 10-15k.
