Its in snake dance. and requires Huge jawbones

Offhand ( blue )
Energy + 12 Req. 9 healing
Improves skill recharge 20%
Improves skill cast tiem 20%

I will pay good for it so.. ifyou have one or have the time to look in snake dance that will be nice

All skills, or just healing?

I remember getting this item fairly easy at another location... perhaps crystal desert?

Just healing, all skills is maxed at 10%.

I believe Crystal Desert has a collector too.
