As I'm sure most of you are aware, you can flash the sapphire x800gto2 and connect3d x800gto bios to unlock 16 pipes and eventually run at x850xt pe speeds. Well, I just built a new computer with the connect3d x800gto and the floppy drive does not work :/. So, I have attempted many a time to create a bootable cd and follow the instructions from here and here. However, everytime I reboot with the cd in, I successfully get into dos, but am unable to flash the bios because it says "File not found/ unknown command." Anyone have any suggestions on making an effective bootable cd, or anything else useful?

Well you can try to flash it, Make sure you have the right bios file and you are using the right flash command. A word of warning though the connect3d card does not use the same core as the gto2 anf x850(480) it uses 423. and the memory of the connect3d is 2.0ns instead of 1.6ns. This means that few of them may not flash, I would have played it safe and bought a sapphire x800gto2
