Admittedly I never farm that much in that area, and when I do I have to take henches since as a Mesmer... well you know how it is.
Well, I dislike that the ratio applies for Greens, because I get nothing due to the situation I'm forced into.

I got Two green items the first time I killed the warrior boss out of the camp. He gave me the Bludgeoner and his Hammer. Whoopie. Only other green I've gotten is Flint's Staff or whatever. I had to buy all 3 of my mesmer greens.

I did 2 GF runs just now. Got the wand on the first run and the slapper on the 2nd.

Took a buddy that i met online to farm Final Assault, he got two green from there (one Galiroth Staff, and Ivor Staff). So thats two on one run, than i took him again (along with another team) to Orozar. He got another green, i forgot what it was. So on one night of farming, he got three greens, i got none. And in the past, i seen far more crazier stuffs than this, someone on a orozar's run got both Razorstone and Brohn Staff at the same time.

This might have been not so bad, but i dont use death (so i wont use one) and no one else wanted to buy them. So it ended up being 46 Gold from the merchant. P.S i tried selling this staff for weeks and no one was inteseted.

Well I guess the "cat is out of the bag" to find the green stuff, you can find it in
either Grenth's Footprint or inside of Sorrow's Furnace, the Footprint surrounds the
Furnace and Warcamp is at the top of it all.

I've had a few greens drop on me, most shitty, but I've had a couple of good ones. Brohn's Rod, which I kept for myself and a couple of thers worth more than 20k.
I've found I get greens when I have very very little loot drop for me in Grenth's and then SF. I said to a group the other day, I should get a green this run because I haven't had much loot and I did. I can't remember what it was, a shitty mesmer staff or something, but I still see a direct correlation between the other loot dropped for me and the amount of green i get on a run.

I'll usually just farm the Grenth's Footprint area with my Ranger/Pet and 3 henchies. I've gotten 2 or 3 greens this way. The rest came from inside Sorrow's Furnace.

I hope this doesn't jinx it *knock on wood*, but every time I run through FOW I get a minimum 2-3 shards each run. However I only run FOW about once every 2-3 weeks.

With the test i've done by farming, i prefer to have a +5 armor on my axe then +30 health, except against degen hex, but under attack more armor is better.
You can loose the +30 health with just one hit, but the armor stays

I got 3 greens in one run today...thats about ~70-80k total worth of stuff in 2 hours....but thats just my 3rd run there so...perhaps thats why.

yesterday i did my first solo run of ice imps and got 2 ids and 2 candy cane shards and i only killed half the imps too because some trolls killed me
and after that i went to nolini misson and got 4 shards on the same run

It is probably because of less people actually playing during that time, most people were either in Lion's Arch or simply not online.
