I did a search and may have missed it, but this is one thing I feel would help tremendously.

A /target command that would all you to target a friend in the cities.
EX: /target [character_name]

This way you could easily find your friend for group invites or player trades. I am still fairly new to the game, so if this feature is buried in there somewhere PLEASE let me know... but from my previous experience with online games, this feature is very useful.

I do use the ctrl key, but a lot of times too many player names come up making it difficult to find the person your looking for.

If there's like 100 people in a town, it gets really hard to find someone out of the stacks of names. EQ had a really good way of searching for someone. Just follow the yellow lightwave looking thing.

Pardon? It was even harder to find people in EQ. What yellow lightwave?

The last post was a bit ago but I definitely think this should be added to the game. It would make life much easier. Selling, making parties, finding friends, you name it. It would be very nice to have something along the lines of a /target command. It could work just like /invite accept it targets them instead of adding them to your party invite list.
