How do I advertise items?

How do I make it so my text is that odd orangey colour when I want to advertise some items for sale?

$Trade tab

Click on the chat bubble and you'll see all the tabs. Guild, trade, whisper, chat, etc.

Ohh! I though that tab was for talking to your trade partner in the trade window.. lol
