PC on a +5 energy always fire wand

I need a PC on this item (i dont have a pic of it)

Fire Wand
Fire Dmg:4-7 (req 5 fire magic)
Attack speed +10%
Miss chance: 10%
Damage -10%
Energy +5
Dmg +25% (vs. char)

I have been told these do not drop anymore i am looking for a price to decide wether i should sell it or not. thx!

I also need A Pc on this

Zealous Sephis axe of skeleton slaying
Slashing dmg:6-24 (req 8 axe)
Energy gain on hit 1
Energy regeneration -1
dmg +20% (vs. skeletons)

Personally i dont like Zealous but im thinking of adding a different haft to it.

The fire wand is worth nothing, u can get them outside nolani for 3 char carvings

EDIT: I would salvage the axe, it may be a sephis but it isnt max dmg and doesnt have a dmg mod so the skeleton upgrade is probally worth more.
