i need really good axes thata re +15>50% iwth requiremnt of 10 or less and fabulous staves

Thats nice, I'd Like you to find a collector staff that has 10 ISR 8 ICS for all skills or better for req 8... thats what i thought

That's not such a good one, man. Collectors staffs bump the recharge to 20/20 for about 3k.
Insightful mods are awesome, but +5 energy goes for about 15k. +3 is just subpar.
The armor mod is nice, though.
