Another game ruined because of balance!

Anyone here play battlefield 2 recently?, well if you did u know its a big pile of shit, not cause of gameplay, game errors, or bad graphics, but becuase of lack of testing, or lazyness due to the programmers (not sure which) the game's balance between the vehicles and weapons is horrible, it takes 4 , count em 4 rpg's (loaded single shot by the way takes about 3 seconds per time) to take down a helicopter, but only 2 to take out a tank, how is this balanced or even realistic? the thing with a foot of solid steel takes less damage then the aluminium can?

What does this have to do with guild wars? because guild wars also suffers from EXTREME GAME BALANCE ISSUES!

I'm no n00b if your thinking that i've played guild wars for months now, and i've been playing rpg's since ultima online, which was i think 8 years now? and i've played many other mmorpg, eq, daoc, ao, m59, and guild wars is by far the least balanced game out of them all. Now i love guild wars very good game and i like the variety of skills/monsters/class combonations you get, better then anyother game by far, however i didn't realize how unbalanced the game actually is til you play it from a caster point of view, my warrior/necro was awesome in every way, excellent defense, and his hammer did insane damage, could drop a level 20 in top gear in under 10 seconds from full health, sometimes less depening on skills that are available. Now i rolled a death necro and was having a blast til i get to the level 15 arena, where i realized something, i was useless, my pets did no damage (like mayby 3 damage per hit when in full gear, health barely moved at all) i died instantly compared to my warrior, probably half the defense i'd say even with healing, and for same insane reason all the offense spells i got were so weak i died before i could kill anything, let me put it this way, death swarm does like 75 damage max, i'm 1 put away from max death magic, and i have the +3 death magic rune, so im' doing max damage and fighting level 15's, a level 15 has about 400 hp give or take, and it takes 3 seconds to cast the spell so it takes me 5 or 6 nukes to kill an enemy from full health , 6 x 3 is 18, 18 seconds to kill 1 enemy???? my warrior is twice as fast as that easily, and his attacks dont even require energy to use, my necro CAN NOT kill a warrior in a 1vs1 i tried and tried, coudln't do it, he would kill me just too quickly, i got into a few 1 on 1's because im sometimes last to die, its just pathetic.

And come to think of it, on my warrior he never ever had trouble in pvp with casters, didnt' think much of it thought they were just bad players, but nope casters are WORTHLESS, the strongest group ive been in for pvp won 6 consective victories, 4 were flawless and it has all warriors, no monks or casters and we were crushing everyone, now i've been in lots and lots of caster only groups and i've died pretty much every single time with them, there's nothing you can do, warriors' can super speed into your face, disrupt your spell and then by the time your back up from being knocked down your all ready at 1/3 health because you have no armor and then you die and are quickly forgotten about while the only tank in your group does all the killing.

on my warrior i've killed 4 people in 1 round, rest of group died so early but then i used i will avenage you which no one else had and then wiped the floor with them, my necro STRUGGLES to kill 1 guy a round, and that only happens if someone else in my group helps me, its RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing ridiculus, my hammer warrior who only has 14 hammer, does about 100+ damage on a level 20 caster, probably 75 on a tank, and he does this, about every 1/2 of a second with both my speed enchantments going (makes me swing 66% faster its insane) my necro, does 70 (sometimes less if they have cold resist) every 3 seconds, and with half the armor of the warrior, and my level 17 pets do nothing vs. shields or heavy armor (i've seen 3 on 1 warrior, did nothing to him just ran around while they followed til they died).

i'm sure any caster with half a brain will agree with me, if you dont belive me, do an organized team battle, have 8 necros/mes/ele vs. 8 warrior's and see who wins.


SO IF ANY DEVELOPERS ARE READING THIS, PLEASE


Decrease power cost of spells by 25%
Increase spell damage on all direct nukes (things like disease or damage over time are fine now) by 100%
Make some spells available for each class that makes their spell non-interuptable to counter things like disrupting chop or hammer skills

Closed because it's another thread complaining about balance, and the flames will start in a few minutes. Advice to OP: look around the boards first. Hammer warriors aren't the end-all, and necros can deal damage too. And interrupts are counterable too. Seek the answers to your questions elsewhere and don't say this game suffers from huge imbalance issues.
