Health Degen

I have a Me/N build based on sticking as much health degen on someone as possible using Life Transfer Conjure Phantasm etc... I am wondering how many little < arrows is the max?

Me housemate claims 10 but spoken to people in game who reckon it's 15.

It is 10 that actually work.

They can have more than 10 in reality, but it still effects them like they had 10.

The only propose sticking more than 10 would do is for like Healing Breeze (If you stuck 15 pips of degen on them - and they healing breezed to get5 pips of regen, they would still suffer 10 pips of degen - because they literally have 15 pips of degen to start with - but only suffer from 10 of them max)

The max that affects you and shows up on the health/energy bar is 10. But you can actually have more than 10 on you, but it won't come into play unless you have regen on you as well.
