WTS: a NEAR perfect shadow fire staff!

Alrighty everyone..this shadow staff is beautiful. I'd use it but I already have a staff like this that I use..and it's ghostly..So I have to let this puppy go. But, enough chatting..here's the beauty:

Fire Dmg: 11-22 (Req. 8 Fire Magic)
Improves skill recharge (Chance: 9%) **Ohhh soo close..**

Now..whoever bids..can aslo post wether or not they want me to add different mods and what mods they would like me to add. But, it will cost you more money if I do that. Also, I reserve the right not to sell to anyone if I don't think price is reasonable. Thanks and happy bidding, everyone!
