Henchmen resurrection points buggy?

Henchmen should spawn at the resurrect site with the rest of the party. All of us were wiped out doing the ashes quest and could continue it because a henchman was resurrected miles from where the rest of us where....so when we died again (right near the end of the quest where there are like a dozen Charr standing right beside the resurrect site) she just stood off far away where she wouldn't be killed. Restarting a pain in the arse quest like that is annoying as hell.

They do. Perhaps the henchman in question wasn't dead when the rest of the party resurrected. That can happen sometimes; they'll resurrect you at the res circle even if there are still henchmen alive if those henchment don't have resurrect and have already used their res signets. What you should do when that happens is return to them and collect them back into the group.
