Perdition Rock - Solo Style

I'm able to solo most of perdition rock.

I found a build that allows me to do so.

I can solo most of the game with this build.

I am not making this build public, rather I am making the fact that this is possible public. If you find a build that can do this I suggest keeping it to yourself so that it DOES NOT GET NERFED!

Please don't flame or try to make the argument that i should share my discovery. It is not public knowledge. Also please keep this thread on topic and avoid the share the build / don't share the build argument.

i agree with you on not telling anyone the build but if u could enlighten me as to what primary and secondary proffession you are using it would be great if not no worries

I'm sorry.... but what is the point of this post? This is a section where you post your build, not brag that you found a good one and not share it. Kudos to you for finding a good build, but why post this if you arn't going to share it?

Persoanlly, there several builds, several several seve....etc, but it does noone any good to sit here and say ..blab blab i can do it, it can be done blab blab ...it's not like its new news, telling people yu can do it, and not give them any information, is like pointing the finger and saying look what i can do and you can't, and at this point solo builds are easy to do, so it's nothing special, and sharing builds has nothing to do with areas getting nerfed, it has to do with abuse of areas, and the level of challenge the devs want each area to have, people whine about the uw getting nerfed, yet people still solo it, there are a good hadful of builds which have been out for a while and nothing has been nerfed with them, it was just the solo monk build so that you couldn't just walk away from the computer and stay alive forever.

If you don't want people to know then don't even say anything at all, it serves noone, and it's basically just a showoff post.

Frank..it's prolly using monk as one side or the other, and you just violated his "donot start the share/dont share" thing lol

you can use any profession and monk to build solo.

"WHAT IS THE POINT OF POSTING THIS?" someone asked. He stated that, and i think its great. To show ppl that you can build solo character (or 2/3 man teams for sorrows) by workin at it yourself. I am happy he wont tell anyone, i sure as heck am not gonna spoil my special builds for the game. We all saw what happened in the UW, if you tell every instance will have Dying Nightmares and Charr's with Wild Blow. Congrats mate, its fun to discover builds that work.

I cleaned out the UW, whole smiting area, ghost town etc and I got 2 ectos and a gold storm bow. The bow was from a chest.

I think I could probably said with some confidence that your elite is Spellbreaker given the fact that there are 6 flesh golems there, each of which would've dropped a lingering curse onto you.

I will also say that your secondary would more than likely have to warrior for the use of Dolyak Signet and Balanced Stance to avoid the knockdown from meteor showers given the fact from this picture you are surrounded and probably didn't have the ability to maneuver around the showers.

We're probably looking at a modified solo UW build. Given that I have a monk friend who soloed UW the same way everyone else did, and could also do what this picture dipicts before the nerf to the original skillbar. And since the UW soloing can still be done, I'm going to assume that we're looking at the exact same situation.

there's a necro mesmer build that can solo Perdition Rock....there's a WaMo build that can do it...the 55 monk build (with slight adjustments) can do it...how is this news? Congrats...you figured out something everyone else with a brain figured out months ago.(and you still felt the need to brag about it)

Is predition a good farming area?? like gold drops and such

congrats on learning how to solo that area. btw did u even get anything good in that run cause from that pic the drops are attainable in a group. still nice though. I like taking pics half way so all the yellow numbers are in the air and u can see all the "super" dmg u do

Um, yeah, this isn't a brag forum, so I really don't see the point of this thread at all...and um, yeah, see this has already been done and he did share the build...So um, yeah...

I guess I don't have a problem with someone posting that he can do something and not sharing the build, but this is just old news. It can be solo'd with almost any solo build given a little tweaking since all the mobs like to crowd around you. (E/Me with constant Obsidian Flesh is my fav.)
