Soul Barbs and Price of Failure - Damage type??

just wondering what type of damage those 2 skills inflict on the target...

Any info would be helpful

Chaos and Shadow damage existed in the past, but most of the skills clarifying what type they were have since lost that descriptor. I'd assume it was because it didn't really matter whether they were Chaos, Dark, or just left without an attribute, as nothing specifically affects them as with Holy.

I'd guess Shadow, but don't quote me on it. It really has no impact on the damage dealt at this time anyway.

Edit: By most, I apparently meant mesmer skills. Hadn't really noticed they left it on so many necro skills.

Both inflict shadow damage, but both ignore armor, so the type of damage is generally irrelevant (unless there's armor in a future chapter that takes increased or decreased damage from shadow damage, like the tormentors set).
