faintheartedness? don't slow them down - spiteful doesn't work, then.

try weakness, or better yet, distortion + spirit of failure.

really spiteful and insidious and spirit is there if they attack, and fainthaertedness and life siphon is there for the degen that would do around 6 health regen for 20 seconds better then life transfer also can be spammed just make sure you have more than 60 energy( i got 61 energy myself )
also many warriors dont notice this is on them for a real long time so that would b spiteful-29 damage+ insidious 14-16 damage spirit(ocassionally) 27 damage= 43-46 damage every hit( not counting spirit) wich if triggered would do 70-73 damage

works really well if focused fired as well not so good in random arenas since everyone runs away as soon as the warrior starts beating on them(gotta keep telling em to stay put. also if they heal that would be 29 damage from spiteful and you can do desecrate (almost all warriors have enchant or two on them wich would do around 70 damage=99 damage(almost negates healing signet) then the degen will kick in lowering his helath even more
also this would be a big pain in a healing mock having to keep healing the warrior because he keeps attacking. thats why i usually see most warrios just stop doing anything then thats 1 less warrior you have to worry about for around 18-30 seconds.

Yeah, that's a very good build for arenas. Put in enfeeble for even more warrior neutering, and take mesmer secondary for energy management so you can keep the curses going. I'd also prefer parasitic bond instead of life siphon, since it's a cheaper and more spammable cover hex, but that doesn't make much difference.

Works wonders in 4v4 where people rarely bring more than one or two hex removals. The success also has something to do with a lot of people having no clue what those hex icons mean, but that's another story
