Most wins in arena.

With your Roleplaying character what is the most wins you have had in a row in the arena? I do not get the game 'till tomrrow but my friend is boasting right now about his 48 (and growing) win streak. His name is El Hombre De Turbo and the way he describes it: "my team is literally a juggernaut on a tank with auto targeting laser cannons." Anyway, I was just wondering how many wins any of you have gotten in a row?
Chill Out Dawg
Most I have gotten on pvp in a row was 8, only reason we lost was cuz we got split up at the start. 7 of those 8 were flawless
Slade xTekno
PvP, my longest winning streak was around 12 [didn't keep count]. My name is Tekkaman Blade. At the time, I was a Spell Slasher [Me/W] on a team with three W/Mo Tanks.
Jackell
37 wins 23 flawless.
JjK
Lost track at near 1 million

WraithlordGV
I generally stop playing in an arena after 10 wins in a row. They usually end up being flawless unless somehow, miraculously, the other team isnt entirely composed of dumbasses.
Xellos
53 flawless, 75 win streak. We quit afterwards to form Tombs team, though it failed due to alot of d/c.
k1rage
with all the newbs in asclon its so easy to get on a huge win streak there with a half decent team 99 is the highest ive ever seen

I had about 60 in a row... it was in the ascalon arena, we were around lvl 9 and 10...
We had a total ranger team, and partly because of that we had a great strategy:
Stick together, focus fire and help eachother (rez signet).
It was great, but the opponents werent really that smart, they kept spreading up like headless chickens...
We had a couple of difficult moments, some were with a lot of warriors, and others with mesmers that would steal our energy, but apart from that most were flawless victories...
One of the best responses we got was: "Congrats...... again... " great to hear since we had beaten her like 6 times already
Unfortunately it ended because 2 of them had to go, and were replaced by 2 elementalist noobs that didnt quite get the fact that they should stay back and cast spells... instead they ran in like they were invinsible warriors...
But it was fun for the time it lasted... gained almost 4000 xp in that run...

You gain xp pvp'ing? How about loot and unlockables? Man what am I doing all this PvE junk for? heh

No loot, just XP. I played for over an hour with one group once, we ended our streak of wins (about half flawless) when one of the players had to go. We had two W/Mo's, a Mo/Me, and a N/R.
Arena is actually a half implementation of a genetic algorithm. You throw together random genes, toss them into the Arena, and see which ones are better. The better ones survive into the next generation, the worse are tossed out and redone. Alas, it's not really a GA since the winning teams don't generate offspring with half their genetic makeup. Still, it's a cute form of directed random search. It would be interesting to see what an 8v8 version would turn up for successful team combinations.

Lots of 40+ streaks. It really comes down to 3 things.
1) Having a healing monk that actually HEALS!
2) Which team brings their rezz signets and actually USES them!
3) Being smart (assist anyone?)
Good luck out there.

I remember once there was a team of 4 w/mo's bragging about having a 70+ win streak.
The mesmer in my party hit em all with Spirit Shackles (I beleive it was that spell, the one that drains all the energy)
They died and cried about how the game glitched cuz they couldn't heal.

It all depends on my team, if I have a good team we can last for about 2 hours.
I dont count, it gets tedious.
