-5 energy is quite hurting for warrior. I would offer max 40k for tat thing.

Uhm..-5 Energy is the best + Damage always negative for a sword&axe warrior...Most Sword skills are Adrenaline based anyway.
Full gladiator's easily takes away that -5 Energy..So yeah it's worth 60-80k.
