One thing I was thinking on...

For lack of an evil laugh, I present the following emote:

The action would be your character making a cascading, "Evil Villain" laugh, with, meanwhile, Mini Me doing a moonwalk around your character, having appeared from thin air. Could be very interesting

and i would like to suggest the implimentation of targeted emotes.
for example, A is targeted. so when you type /slap, it comes out like this:
Thirtypercent slaps A.
