This happened yesterday November 11th around 7:30P.M.

When I logged on for some reason all I saw were people selling things in the red trade font.So I tried the all talk in chat it doesnt show up in the bottom left corner, it only shows the words floating above my head for a second.

Can Anyone Please Help

P.S. all the other types of speaking work just not the all option.

Try opening up the chat history (the ~ button), and making sure "Local" is checkmarked. You probably accidentally disabled local chat.
