WTB Storm Shadow Eternal Horn

wtb any of those with a dmg+15% mod, preferably just that. I dont want the sunder-fort mods I want to mod them my way. Also I dont want it if the dmg mod is when hexed or health below, unless below is 20%.
Requirement im hoping is not more than 12 but I still may be willing

got a 14>50 storm req 13 but therefore only 80k
