Mhhh very hard to find a use for that item...i had a hell of a time trying to sell a gold earth wand with a faster recharge for all skills... for the right user it coud be worth a bit but you will probably lose a lot of time looking for who really can take advantage of it... my advice is sell it for cheap (500-1k) and focus on easier to sell items.
