How the **** do you get 800k gold??

I'm not the most hardcore of GW players, but I've got my R/Me, completed the campaign with him, got every Ranger skill and elite, allmost completed SF (just need to do Final Assault) and finished two of the Titan quests. I got a good bow and a full set of Droks.

The largest amount of money I've ever had in GW was around 10k. Sometimes I lok at the trade channel to see what people are selling, but everything that would be of interest to me is way too expensive, costing tens of thousands of gold. And that's not all, I've seen price estimates for Bows in this forum that are as high as 800k to 1 million..

HOW DO YOU GET THAT MUCH GOLD? I mean apart from buying a bunch of chinese kids and sitting them in front of pc to farm gold for you 24/7?

That's just insane! Even if I farm a whole area of the high level regions (Southern Shiver Peaks) with a 6 to 8 man (or henchman) party, I seldomly get more than 1.5 plat (including gold and items sold to the merchants).

Maybe it's because I've got no luck with drops. I get a gold drop about once every two weeks, and even then it's sure to suck and be nearly worthless. Never ever had a green drop too and I spend quite some time in Grenths...

That's kinda overreacting - I was just making fun of the fold farming factories in china, where dozens of people do nothing but farm gold for WoW and other MMOs to be sold at eBay..

I don't think much can come of this that isn't being discussed here already.
