ya im looking for a shield with -2 +45 stance, req doesn matter but im lookin for one wiht req 11 or less

get the onew from the collector in the desert he takes 5 bleached shells which usually go about 1k apiece req 9 tactics

There are only two shields with these stats:

The Collectors Shield (req 9 tactics) and the Green Shield (req 9 str)

Gold shields max out at +30 health in stance, so those are your only choices.

Collector and Grognar's Defender have the same stats:
16AL/req 9 tactics
+45 stance / -2 stance

Only difference is skin.
