you cannot choose your required, there is only 1 -50hp item and it has blood as required.

This is not correct.

The reason why the req is blood is because it was changed after the update.

Before, the req is Healing Prayers.

Actually, blood still works if u are looking to use it for monk solo farming.

I use one with my monk and the tattoo armour, I still get 43 energy which is more than enough if you use the right build.

Plus I can take on 20 hydras at once. So dont spend the 300k on a healing one.

I have a spare blood 1 if u want it for much less

well I am selling my -50 blood magic cesta.... 15k if you want it

Or you might just create a new character, rush em thru presear, do the Cities of Ascalon quest and get yourself....but that's just me

he doesn't want the one you can get from the quest... he wants the old one...

Even though it has a blood requirement, it still gives you the neg hit points you desire. You just get less of the other effects like energy, etc.
