I'm looking for a price check on:

Sundering Runic Hammer of Fortitude
Blunt Dmg: 19-35 (req. 13 Hammer Mastery)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Armor penetration +10% (Chance: 10%)
Health +29

the upgrades are most likely worth more, the req is way too high, and hammers dont sell very good, especailly runic
