Where is Ventari's Refuge? I've heard the best armor is there; but, i'm not sure where it is.

It's actually in Droknar's Forge. I think the FAQ might say Ventari's Refuge, but it's actually in Droknar's. Several topics talk about it if you search for it. The quickest way to get there is to progress through the missions/primary quests.
