Don't know why that is - probably coincidence more than anything. I should know too, because I had been actively looking for about the last 2+ months for a good one (Stone Summit, not Warlord), and only recently acquired my 44/-2/req8. But I assure you I didn't just find or buy this Warlord, I've had it for quite some time now, and may pull it out to help fund my fissure armor (since my HoD sword was stolen...). I'd probably have a decently high reserve (thinking ~150) as these are still really rare with good mods, and I'm not in a rush to sell it, nor do I have to.
