PS: I am new to this and don't quite get the "B/O" thing, is it like a price for which you will always sell, like a max price? I can't find it in the trade guidelines. Any help would be appreciated

Yes a B/O is a "Buyout", if someone offers that much you sell them the item...and you will be lucky to get 30k for that haft.

As for the 30k I asked as a starting price, I honestly think that is fair given the 50k-90k that the Weapon Mod Baseline Price thread states it would be worth, and I've taken account of the fact that prices have fallen recently and also of the prices I've seen these things go for.
