Perhaps GWguru could impliment (if possible) a system whereby posts from anyone with Town Dweller rank will be delayed for review by admins before actually being posted.
I don't know if it's possible to do that - or if it's just too much burden on the admins ... just a suggestion.

Usually, spammers can be caught and banned within a very short time of their first posts, so it's just a minor inconveniece 
The best thing to do is to report the posts as soon as possible and contact one of the mods about it, so we can kick the offenders' butts swiftly.
Since there are a lot of new users every week, it might be a bit of a stress to have such a flood of posts come in at that rate, especially if a small portion of them is in violation of the rules.
