Max Def only req 8 str and -2 with a (10%) chance?

and how about a max damage strom bow req 8 marks with 15% while ench and +27 health??

Shield: 1-3k.

I think the bow is worth around 120-150k i sold one with a higher req and worse mods at 100k but a while ago when prices were higher
