Im still getting lag mostly in towns

here ill start with my specs

Pent 4, 2.6 gig. With HT

80 gig hard dirve with only about 30 of the hard drive used

Internet connection: comcast cable of New Jersey

800 fbs

Windows XP

512ddr ram 2700

ati 9600xt all in wonder Video card

I dont understand why i lag. It happens alot in towns and also when sometimes not in towns.

what are your video settings, you might get lag because of all the people around you. Since the 2 patches were released i've noticed alot more people in the game...
which in turn would lead you to more video stress, and higher lag.

Also your ram is on the slow side, minimum pc3200 for P4c's (800fsb) or higher.

So if i get another stick of 512 ddr 3200 ill be ok? can i mix that with the 2700 or should i get two sticks of 3200 and not use the 2700?

yes, use 2 stick of 3200 as you'll most likley come to performance issues. It's always better to use 2 of the same then 2 of different kinds.

I'd buy one stick and only get a 2nd matching stick if your system complains.
