Where can I get some of these Necromancer Skills?

Ive been trying to look for these bad boys:

Animate Bone Fiend
Life Transfer [Elite]
Offering of Blood [Elite]
Well of Power
Unholy Feast


These seem pretty nifty, can someone tell me where I can get these skills?

I got 8 necro skills Pre-searing. I got the animate bone minions there.
I'm post -searing now and I don't have any of the others yets.
-- I was told that I cold only get 8 necro and 4 elementalist in Pre - I spent a great deal of time wandering around and checking with the trainers for new skills.

I believe I found all could in Pre and those are going to be weaker versions of the skills to be found post-searing.

Thanks. That answers my question for Animeate Bone Minions, but bone fiends look pretty nifty.

I wanna know how to get the bone fiends xD

Animate Bone Fiend can be bought in Droknar's Forge.
Unholy Feast can be bought in Maguuma Stade.

life transfer is a royal pain to get,

it's on a boss in the Iron Mines of Molendune(NOT Iron Horse Mine) instance

getting to the instance town is the hard part, getting to the boss once there isn't too bad(just avoid the jade groups and you'll be fine)
