Farming? Money?

okay, now this is a really stupid question, but where the heck do you people get so much gold?

i've played my character for about 200 hours. im level 20 asceded. i've complete almost all the missions up to teh ascention missions, which i have completed. the most gold iv'e ever had at once is 21K, and the total gold i've gotten on this character cant be much over 30K but yet everyone around me is tossing around 50K and 100K for gold weapons and stuff.

where does the money come from?
