Thought it would be worth a bit more ...max DMG + low requirement.

If I salvage that Sundering mod, how much could I get for it?

I wouldn't salvage it. I think you should be able to get a few 'kay' for it. 3-5k perhaps. Not sure how easy it will be to sell though, but as is it's definitely worth more than the individual mods.
