I searched for this but i didn't exactly find what i was looking for.

Here goes:

Is the GW economy Global inasmuch that lets say on the US server black dye is work about 5k but on the Korean Server Red dye is more popluar, so over there Red Dye is equal to Black dye over here on the US server?
